"The Xcel Shooting Academy is a blessing for me & all the Air Pistol 10m shooters. I am saying this from my personal experience and for many reasons. The USP is Coach ‘Nikhil Sir’ - having all of qualities of a very good coach and above all he is a good human being. Though he is younger than usual coaches yet he has a high maturity level and a unique command on shooting coach skills. He notices even minute errors / defects in the shooting process of the shooters and guides them properly to rectify them. From his vast personal experience & knowledge, he can read almost everything about the Shooter and his/ her shots and guides in the best possible manner. He smartly manages his attention towards all the shooters and gives due attention to all the shooters training under him, thus even after a number of shooters practising together at one time, everyone gets due attention and required guidance. Mostly he reviews shooters after each target/10 shots and/or even after a shot, as needed. The best thing I personally find is that Nikhil sir knows when a shooter is to be instructed/guided during the practice and even during Matches. The next best thing about Xcel Shooting Academy is “Pranjali ma'am“, an ISSF Shooter & a Coach of Xcel Shooting Academy. Being a Shooter, she knows all the challenges of a Shooter and extends the best possible support & assistance with respect to the Shooting range as well as providing guidance. She takes a personal interest in accommodating the needs of individual shooters in terms of timing and other help required from the shooting range. She is a big support for me and many other shooters who are at the beginning of their shooting journey. She is a very good Air Pistol 10 M Shooter, has won a number of Gold medals. She has all the qualities of winning International Shooting Championships and representing India in Shooting. From her own Shooting experience, she guides junior shooters and motivates them for the best performance. As a ‘Bonus’ at Xcel Shooting Academy I get a companion of very good fellow shooters, who are not only sincere for shooting but also well behaved, helpful, mature and performing very well and improving very fast. I find that many of the shooters after practising here for only a couple of months have improved their performance significantly and are ready for competing at the national level. Few have been practising for 2-3 years and won Gold medals in various shooting championships.. I have attended a couple of shooting academies and find Xcel Shooting Academy is “shooting/shooters oriented” rather than money. Monetary considerations are secondary. In terms of fee & financial matters, I find Xcel Shooting Academy is based on the principle“Money is something but not everything”. The last but not least good thing about Xcel Shooting Academy is - availability of good parking spaces outside the Shooting range. So Shooters coming with their own vehicle do not have to think or worry anything about parking."
